</li></ul><p>Basic Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years’ experience; or equivalent combination of related education and work experience.</li><li>Ability to work with others to solve challenging technical problems.</li><li>Ability to think critically, work in group settings, and be proactive in pursuing research and problem solving.</li><li>Experience with analyzing raw threat intelligence from one or more collection disciplines (ex. SIGINT, HUMINT, GEOINT, etc.) in support of operations and/or analysis.</li><li>Deep understanding of computer networks and the OSI model, spanning hardware, software, and networking components, including how data flows and is secured across all layers.</li><li>Experience with C5ISR-T analysis. Requires current, expert-level knowledge of C4 architectures relevant to adversary analysis.</li><li>Analytical experience related to technical subjects including telecommunications and network engineering.</li><li>Experience in all-source intelligence, threat hunting, vulnerability analysis, network reverse engineering and network reconnaissance.</li><li>Familiarity with intelligence community organizational and governance structures, and/or requirements processes.</li><li>Experience with intelligence community analytic and requirements tools.</li><li>Must have an active Top Secret/SCI U.S Government issued Security Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI w/Poly U.S. Government issued Security Clearance.
