Lead UI Developer

Primary : Enovia / Dassault 3D experience Technical project or program management Secondary : PLM / ENOVIA centric programs / onsite offshore delivery models / Agile hybrid delivery models

• Act as the onsite technical and delivery lead for ENOVIA PLM program
• Own end-to-end project execution, including scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones
• Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for IT and business stakeholders for ENOVIA-related initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including ENOVIA developers, architects, integration teams, QA, and infrastructure owners
• Drive execution of CAD-PDM-ENOVIA enhancements, and platform upgrades
• Manage multi-vendor coordination and ensure alignment across solution providers, system integrators, and internal teams
• Ensure adherence to KLA governance, change management, and quality standards
• Lead project planning, sprint execution, status reporting, and executive communications
• Identify and mitigate technical and delivery risks, escalating issues proactively
• Support UAT, go-live readiness, and hypercare phases

• Strong hands-on understanding of ENOVIA PLM / Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE platform
• Proven experience managing enterprise PLM programs in engineering-led environments
• Demonstrated ability to manage onsite-offshore delivery models
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience with Agile / hybrid delivery models, project governance, and reporting
