Job description
Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will manage and optimise website content across the company’s eCommerce platforms, ensuring products, campaigns and content are presented effectively to maximise engagement and online sales., * Manage and maintain website content, product information, pricing and promotions
- Create and update product pages, landing pages, banners and other digital content
- Ensure product and website content is accurate, engaging and optimised for search
- Support eCommerce campaigns, product launches and seasonal promotions
- Manage online merchandising and ensure products are presented effectively
- Implement on-page SEO, internal linking, metadata and content optimisation
- Monitor website performance, customer behaviour and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Support improvements to website navigation, usability and the overall customer journey
- Assist with A/B testing and conversion-rate optimisation activity
- Test website functionality and resolve day-to-day content or website issues
- Work closely with the eCommerce Manager and wider marketing team to deliver content and campaigns that drive online sales
Requirements
- Experience in eCommerce, website content, digital marketing or a similar role
- Experience managing content through eCommerce platforms or CMS systems
- Strong content creation and web content management skills
- Good understanding of online merchandising, user experience and conversion
- Experience with on-page SEO, metadata, internal linking and content optimisation
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple content updates and campaigns
- Ability to use website, customer and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Basic graphic design skills and experience creating digital assets would be advantageous, * Previous experience within eCommerce, website content or digital marketing?
