Programmer Configuration Analyst

We are seeking a hands-on Programmer/Configuration Analyst as a member of our development team to design, build, and implement code/maps for print, email, and SMS communications, and support automated workflows that power our healthcare communications platform. This role will focus heavily on configuring the Uluro platform, developing PowerShell-based automation jobs, and integrating those processes with Titan MFT for secure file movement and orchestration. The ideal candidate is someone who can bridge systems, scripting, and operations, helping reduce manual work, improve reliability, and ensure audit-ready processing of healthcare communications (print, email, SMS, and data workflows)., Uluro Platform Configuration (Primary Focus)

• Configure and manage Uluro (UCompose, USetup) workflows
• Map incoming client data to output formats (email, print, SMS)
• Support document composition and personalization logic
• Integrate Uluro processes with downstream delivery channels
• Troubleshoot mapping, rendering, and data issues

Automation Development

• Design, develop, and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate:

o File validation (naming, format, counts, integrity) o Data transformation and mapping o Report generation and reconciliation o Notifications and alerting

• Build reusable automation frameworks to standardize workflows
• Optimize scripts for performance, reliability, and error handling

Titan MFT Integration & Orchestration

• Configure and support Titan MFT workflows including:

o SFTP job triggers o Event-based automation o File movement and routing

• Integrate PowerShell scripts with Titan workflows
• Implement logging, tracking, and retry logic
• Support secure file transfers (internal and external partners)

Data Processing & Validation

• Validate inbound and outbound files for:

o Record counts o Required fields o Formatting standards

• Build reconciliation processes between:

o Source systems o Vendor outputs o Internal reporting (SQL-based where applicable)

• Support audit and compliance reporting

System Integration & Development

• Develop lightweight applications or scripts using:

o PowerShell (primary) o Python (optional) o SQL (queries, stored procedures)

• Integrate with:

o APIs (email, SMS, secure delivery platforms) o SFTP systems o Internal databases (SQL Server) Monitoring, Logging & Support

• Implement logging and monitoring for all automation jobs
• Troubleshoot failures and performance issues
• Perform root cause analysis and document resolutions
• Provide on-call or escalation support as needed

Compliance & Documentation

• Document all workflows, scripts, and configurations
• Ensure processes align with:

o HIPAA o SOC 2 controls o Internal audit requirements

• Maintain audit trails and change documentation
• Follow secure coding and data handling practices, Key Success Metrics (KPIs)
• Reduction in manual processing tasks
• Automation job success rate (%)
• Time to resolve failures
• Accuracy of data processing and reconciliation
• Audit readiness and documentation completeness

Work Environment

• Hybrid work model with secure remote access (VPN + RDS)

Do you have experience in Workflow management (operations management method)?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, Technical Skills

• Strong experience with PowerShell scripting (core requirement)
• Experience with SFTP/MFT platforms (Titan preferred)
• Experience working with Windows Server environments
• SQL experience (queries, data validation, reporting)
• File handling experience (CSV, TXT, XML, JSON)

Platform / Tools Experience (Preferred)

• Experience with Uluro or similar document composition platforms

(e.g., GMC Inspire, Quadient, SmartCOMM, etc.)

• Experience with:

o Secure file transfer systems o Workflow automation tools o API integrations Operational & Problem-Solving Skills

• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical workflows
• Attention to detail with data accuracy and validation
• Ability to manage multiple workflows and priorities

Compliance Awareness (Preferred)

• Experience working in HIPAA-regulated environments
• Understanding of:

o Data privacy and security o Audit logging requirements o Secure transmission standards Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2-5+ years in:

o Automation development o Systems integration o Technical operations Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Titan MFT / Titan SFTP
• Experience with print and mail workflows
• Experience with email/SMS delivery systems
• Familiarity with Nutanix / VMware environments
• Basic networking knowledge (firewalls, ports, protocols)
