Customized MS Dynamics 365 form on Load, On Save status changes events with JavaScript and Jquery. Created and developed MS Dynamics 365 custom web pages to plug into out-of-the-box MS CRM solution using HTML. Created several plug-ins and workflows for enhancing the system and maintain data integrity. Worked on HTML, CSS and XML. Experienced in creating CRM sitemap and reasonable to handle deployments to the next environment using Azure Devops and Solution/Data Exports and Imports. Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Sales process knowledge is required. Perform analysis, design and implementation of CRM components. Perform Deployment from lower environment to higher. Analysing the defects and their impact, proposing workaround solutions for issues. Excellent communication skills. Excellent analytical skills. Application Support and Development experience. Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for incident fix and analysis. Impact analyzation and RCA. Escalates problems as necessary and provides timely status until resolved. Monitor and respond, troubleshoot and resolve problems. Escalate to subject matter experts when required, utilizing established guide. Attend daily and weekly meetings with Offshore and other stakeholders. Perform other duties as assigned.
