Job description

ITC is a Woman Owned Small Business delivering exceptional consultation to the U.S. Government in Systems/Software Engineering, Cybersecurity Solutions, Mission Operations/INTEL Analysis, and Management Services in order to enable our customers to solve the most challenging problems. With continued growth comes opportunity, and we are currently searching for a Top-Secret SCI with polygraph-cleared Junior-Level Software Engineer.

As an AI/ML Software Engineer, you will work to help create AI/ML assisted systems engineering/architecture/security/requirements generation instances. This will involve customizing access and interfaces with a Large Language Model (LLM) tailored for the customer.

Specifically you will:

1) Generate required API accounts;

2) Design user friendly interfaces allowing intuitive usage;

3) Design/provide all necessary security measures for modular design;

4) Design/coordinate all relevant access control measures;

5) Design user interface to be widely accessible across the customer community;

6) Design export features to common Microsoft office services;

7) Design interfaces/bridge to external management tools;

8) Assist in producing instructional materials for user training;

9) Generate lessons learned and suggestions for improving AI/ML processes

Requirements

Do you have experience in Visual Studio Code?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * TS/SCI with CI or FS Polygraph

  • Eight (8) years of experience as a software engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, complexity is required. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
  • Competency in JavaScript, REACT, CSS, and VS Code
  • DoD 8570 compliance desired

Final salary can also be influenced by a position’s geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories, and contract wage rates.

The salary Range for this position is: $125,000-155,000
