Job description

As an Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer, you will design, build, and enhance adaptive web forms using AEM Forms to support modernization initiatives. You will work closely with cross functional teams to deliver scalable, high quality form solutions, optimize delivery pipelines, and leverage modern development practices including AI assisted coding tools to accelerate development and improve efficiency across the SDLC., * Design and develop adaptive web forms using AEM Forms and core components.

  • Manage the full lifecycle of forms from UI development through submission and backend processing.
  • Implement business logic using rule editors, theme editor, and custom JavaScript functions.
  • Build and consume APIs for form submissions and integrations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AEM components, SAML authentication, and OSGi bundles.
  • Participate in code promotion, packaging, and deployment activities using CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate with development teams to enhance pipelines and delivery workflows.
  • Apply AI assisted development tools to improve productivity, test coverage, and code quality.
  • Maintain high standards of documentation, testing, and code quality across all deliverables.

Requirements

  • 3 5 years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager, including AEM Forms.
  • Strong experience building adaptive web forms in a headless architecture environment.
  • Hands on experience with AEM tools including rule editors, theme editor, and form data models.
  • Proficiency in front end technologies such as HTML, JSP, JavaScript, and build tools.
  • Experience handling form lifecycle including integrations and document generation output.
  • Experience troubleshooting authentication and runtime issues within AEM environments.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, Bamboo, or GitHub.
  • Practical experience using AI tools such as GitHub Copilot for development workflows.
  • Strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills.
