DATA ARCHITECT / DATA OFFICER L2

We are seeking a Senior Data Architect to lead the integration of high-volume Adobe Analytics data into an enterprise Azure Databricks environment. This individual will provide architectural leadership, Adobe Analytics expertise, and technical guidance to engineering teams responsible for building scalable data solutions processing approximately 1-2 million records per day.

This is a highly consultative role focused on architecture, strategy, and technical leadership. The successful candidate will define best practices, establish implementation standards, and mentor engineering teams throughout the delivery process., * Design and define data ingestion strategies utilizing Adobe Analytics data feeds, APIs, batch processing, and streaming technologies.

• Lead the architectural design and implementation of Databricks Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers).
• Establish source-to-target mappings and define data integration standards.
• Develop customer identity resolution strategies and data quality frameworks.
• Provide architectural guidance for schema design, incremental processing, historical data loads, and operational monitoring.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate customer and marketing analytics requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Create and maintain architecture documentation, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Mentor and guide engineering teams through implementation while ensuring alignment with architectural best practices., The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong background in Adobe Analytics, modern cloud data architecture, and enterprise analytics platforms. You will serve as the architectural authority, defining the overall approach, documentation, and implementation guardrails while coaching engineering teams to successfully deliver the solution.

• Strong experience working with Adobe Analytics, including data feeds and API integrations.
• Deep expertise in Azure Databricks and Delta Lake architecture.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale data integration and analytics solutions.
• Strong knowledge of batch and streaming data processing patterns.
• Proficiency with SQL Server and data modeling concepts.
• Experience working with APIs, customer data platforms, and analytics ecosystems.
• Proven ability to provide technical leadership, architectural direction, and mentorship to engineering teams.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting large-scale customer analytics and marketing data initiatives.
• Knowledge of customer identity resolution and customer data management practices.
• Experience implementing data governance, monitoring, and data quality frameworks.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud-native data and analytics services.
