Job description

A leading technology company is seeking a Sr. Android Developer to join their innovative team. This temporary role requires a talented engineer with Android development expertise, ready to support the creation of scalable mobile applications. The position involves working in a dynamic environment with a focus on Android architecture and API integration., * Design, develop, and support high-quality Android applications using Java and Kotlin.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and optimize performance.
  • Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud systems.
  • Participate in the full software development life cycle within Agile methodologies.
  • Ensure code quality through testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of software development experience with a focus on Android.
  • Proficiency in Java and Kotlin for mobile application development.
  • Deep understanding of Android SDK, OS, hardware integration, and mobile architecture.
  • Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and web services.
  • Backend knowledge including Java/J2EE, Node.js, or Python, and familiarity with microservices architecture and AWS/cloud environments.
