Sr. Security Analyst

We are seeking an Information Security Operations - P1 professional to join our team and support the protection of organizational data, systems, and networks. This role participates in day-to-day security operations activities under guidance from experienced team members. Responsibilities include assisting with security monitoring, vulnerability management, incident response, and operational security processes while developing foundational cybersecurity knowledge and skills. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying potential threats, performing cybersecurity audits, and responding to breaches while ensuring compliance with cybersecurity policies and best practices. • Monitor security alerts and events and escalate issues according to documented procedures.
• Support vulnerability scanning and remediation tracking activities.

• 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IT operations, or related field.
• Foundational understanding of network security and systems.
• Familiarity with security tools such as SIEM or vulnerability scanners.
• Basic understanding of incident response processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience working in enterprise IT environments supporting system operations or service delivery.
• Familiarity with incident tracking, ticketing systems, and SLA-based support models.
• Basic understanding of Windows systems, server environments, and networking fundamentals.
• Ability to coordinate across technical and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.
• Entry-level certifications (e.g., Security+, CEH).
• Exposure to cloud security environments.
• Experience supporting enterprise system deployments or integrations.
• Experience working in healthcare technology, regulated industries, or environments with compliance and security requirements
