Für unseren Kunden in Ludwigshafen suchen wir einen IT-Support Techniker (m/w/d), der für den technischen Support der Mitarbeiter und die Wartung der IT-Infrastruktur verantwortlich ist., * Bearbeitung von IT-Support-Anfragen (Hard- und Software)

Installation und Wartung von IT-Systemen Durchführung von IT-Schulungen für Anwender Dokumentation der Supportfälle im Ticketsystem

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich

Erfahrung im IT-Support und in der Systemadministration Gute Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnologien und IT-Sicherheit Teamfähigkeit und analytisches Denken
