Job description
You own the integration architecture that lets ETL pipelines, RPA automations, APIs, and the Creo proprietary application “Maestro” work together across Development, Staging, UAT, and Production.
This is not a traditional ETL or RPA builder role. You design and ship the platform layer, deployment framework, integration services, operational tooling, monitoring, and engineering workflows, that brings those solutions into production safely and repeatably.
You bridge Engineering, Product, QA, and Implementation so platform changes land consistently, securely, and idempotently. You champion Agentic Engineering with Cursor (or equivalent), GitHub-first workflows, and Creo Maestro coding standards.
What you’ll do
· Design and maintain architecture for ETL, RPA, API, and Maestro application integration.
· Operationalize ETL and RPA within the Maestro ecosystem-not author client pipelines.
· Own release promotion across Development, Staging, UAT, and Production.
· Build monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and observability across the engineering ecosystem.
· Champion AI-assisted engineering workflows, reusable agents, and coding standards.
· Partner with Application, ETL, RPA, QA, Product, and Implementation teams.
· Apply HIPAA-aware practices and secure integration patterns for healthcare data.
· Perform architecture reviews, reduce technical debt, and mentor engineering teams.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, IS, or related field.
· 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
· Experience designing enterprise software architectures and integration frameworks.
· Strong Python development and REST API / service-oriented architecture experience.
· Advanced SQL and PostgreSQL knowledge.
· GitHub-based development workflows (pull requests, reviews, branch discipline).
· Experience with Cursor or equivalent AI-assisted development platforms.
· Strong understanding of modular design, idempotent systems, and scalable applications.
· Production deployment support experience and excellent communication skills.
Technical stack
Required:
· Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, SQL, REST APIs, JSON, YAML, SFTP
· GitHub, CI/CD concepts, Linux
· Cursor or equivalent AI-assisted IDE
· Software architecture, integration design, monitoring and observability
Preferred:
· Next.js, React, TypeScript, Celery, Redis
· Playwright, Selenium, SQLAlchemy, Alembic, Pandas
· Azure Key Vault, NGINX, Cloudflare, PM2, Files.com
· Enterprise monitoring platforms
Preferred experience
· Healthcare IT and HIPAA-regulated software environments
· Healthcare data integration and enterprise platform engineering
· DevOps, release management, and AI-assisted software development
· Public health technology and government healthcare programs
· 340B Drug Pricing Program (preferred, not required)
Who thrives here
· Systems thinker who balances strategic architecture with hands-on implementation.
· Adaptable in a fast-paced, regulation-driven healthcare environment.
· Proactive problem-solver with strong organizational and communication skills.
· Committed to security, quality, operational excellence, and continuous learning.
