Requirements

8+ years of hands-on development experience.
Strong expertise in Core Python with experience building highly scalable applications.
Hands-on experience with Python web frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries and perform data analysis.
Experience with ReactJS and modern JavaScript technologies.
Exposure to Azure Databricks (PySpark, Notebooks, Repos, Job Workflows, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog).
Experience with Azure services such as Azure Functions, App Service, Containers, Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, ADLS Gen2, Event Hubs, Event Grid, Service Bus, Key Vault, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, APIM, and Azure DevOps.
Experience with Apache Spark, Delta Lake, and relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, and PostgreSQL.
Experience with Git/GitHub, Azure DevOps, Power BI, REST APIs, and Databricks Workflows.
Financial Services or Risk Management domain experience is highly preferred.

Vendor Screening Notes

Must have strong hands-on Python and SQL development experience with a proven track record of building applications from scratch, not just maintaining existing applications.
Should possess solid system design and architecture skills with the ability to clearly explain technical decisions.
Must be a current hands-on developer. Candidates primarily working in Support, QA, or managerial/team lead roles without active development experience will not be considered.
