Experteer Overview In this role you will lead enterprise technology strategy and modernization initiatives to align technology with business goals and regulatory expectations. You will work with executive leadership to drive digital transformation, data governance, and secure operations. You will oversee core banking platforms and technology operations to enable reliable, scalable services and prudent innovation. Compensation / Benefits * Develop and execute a 3-5-year technology strategy and roadmap aligned with enterprise goals and total cost of ownership * Partner with executives to prioritize technology initiatives and deliver measurable business outcomes * Present plans, risk posture, and performance updates to leadership and Board committees * Lead a high-performing IT organization focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement * Own IT governance framework, policies, standards, controls, and regulatory alignment * Support robust cybersecurity program in partnership with CISO and ensure regulatory compliance * Lead core banking strategy, optimization of platforms, digital channels, and cloud/hybrid infrastructure * Oversee 24/7 reliability and performance of core systems and technology operations * Establish enterprise architecture standards and disciplined change, release, and patch management * Modernize customer-facing channels, build data strategy, and evaluate fintech partnerships * Negotiate and manage vendor relationships, contracts, and risk expectations * Develop and implement technology policies and operational practices to sustain performance * Build and retain a high-performing technology team and strengthen IT-business collaboration Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred * Minimum of 15 years of progressive technology leadership experience with senior responsibility * Significant banking or regulated financial services experience * Strong knowledge of core banking platforms, digital channels, cybersecurity, data governance, regulatory expectations * Proven track record in enterprise technology transformations including core/platform upgrades, digital banking, cloud migrations, and data/analytics * Ability to lead complex initiatives, manage risk, and deliver results in a regulated environment * Excellent communication skills with executives, regulators, Board, partners, and technology teams * Strong financial acumen and sound business judgment Key requirements * Medical * Dental * Vision * 401(k) Match * Profit Sharing * Paid Time Off
