Endpoint, Software Management & Network Support Supervisor

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology management, business management, computer science, information systems or a related field.
• 4 years of experience in Network and Systems Administration or a related field.
• 2 years of managing Network, Infrastructure, and Operations staff.
• Alternative combinations of related experience and education may be considered. Such as 4 years of related experience in lieu of a degree. Or 2 years of team lead experience in lieu of supervisory.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge and skills in working with network servers, network storage, network communication solutions and technology, including satellite, WAN, LAN, SDWAN, disaster recovery, and network security. Knowledge and skills in endpoint management, software delivery, asset management and procurement, and network administration. Other Information The successful candidate must pass a finger-print background investigation as a condition of employment.
