Senior Consultant - Solution Architect (Microsoft Power Platform & CRM)

Ostendo Solutions is seeking an experienced Solution Architect for our client Microsoft Corporation who combines strong technical architecture expertise with hands-on development capabilities to deliver AI-enabled enterprise business solutions built on Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365. This role will lead solution design, data architecture, integration strategy, and migration planning while actively collaborating with developers to build, configure, and deploy applications, automations, and integrations., Solution Architecture & Technical Leadership

• Design end-to-end AI-enabled business application solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio and Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Define scalable solution architectures, integration patterns, security models, and application frameworks.
• Lead technical discovery, requirements analysis, and solution design workshops.
• Establish governance, development standards, and application lifecycle management (ALM) practices.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring for developers, analysts, and project teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.

Data Modeling & Information Architecture

• Design enterprise data models leveraging Microsoft Dataverse and related data platforms.
• Define relationships, business entities, data governance standards, and information architecture frameworks.
• Establish data quality, retention, compliance, and security strategies.
• Ensure solution designs support reporting, analytics, automation, and future scalability.

Application Development & Delivery

• Actively develop and configure Power Apps (Model-Driven and Canvas Apps).
• Build and support Power Automate workflows, business process automation, and integrations.
• Develop custom extensions using Power Platform components, plugins, JavaScript, Power Fx, and Azure services where applicable.
• Participate in code reviews, design reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solution optimization recommendations.

Data Migration & Modernization

• Lead CRM and enterprise system migration initiatives, including data assessment, cleansing, mapping, transformation, and validation.
• Define migration architecture, integration approaches, cutover plans, and data reconciliation processes.
• Coordinate testing, user acceptance, deployment, and post-production support activities.

Integration & Platform Strategy

• Architect integrations across Microsoft and third-party platforms using Azure Integration Services, APIs, Power Platform Connectors, and Dataverse.
• Define secure and scalable integration patterns between CRM, ERP, data platforms, and business applications.
• Support enterprise modernization and digital transformation initiatives leveraging Microsoft cloud technologies.

The ideal candidate possesses deep knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Azure services, with demonstrated experience designing scalable business solutions and executing complex data migration and modernization initiatives. The Solution Architect is expected to be hands-on and contribute directly to solution delivery while providing technical leadership, governance, and best practices across the project lifecycle., * 7+ years of experience designing and implementing Microsoft business application solutions.

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse.
• Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) solutions.
• Experience designing enterprise data models and information architecture strategies.
• Proven experience leading data migration and application modernization projects.
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Azure services.
• Strong understanding of integration architecture, APIs, security models, and identity management.
• Hands-on development experience with Microsoft business applications and custom solution extensions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills., * Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect certification (PL-600, AB-100)
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and enterprise integration services.
• Consulting, systems integration, or enterprise transformation experience.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and application lifecycle management practices.
