Lead Software Engineer - WMS (Job ID 003234)

This is a key hire and a great opportunity for someone who wants to stay hands-on with real development work on a small, senior engineering team. You’ll build and troubleshoot directly within a Manhattan WMOS environment, shape integrations and architecture decisions, and guide technical direction for the team. • Build scalable warehouse management solutions supporting enterprise operations
• Design integrations between WMOS and enterprise applications
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance within a small engineering team
• Mentor engineers and recommend development best practices
• Partner with business stakeholders supporting warehouse and supply chain initiatives
• Support future Manhattan Active implementations

Pay: $124,193.68 - $149,566.58 per year

• 8-10+ years of hands-on Manhattan WMOS development and support experience within enterprise warehouse environments
• Built and optimized PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects supporting Manhattan WMOS
• Designed and implemented integrations between Manhattan WMOS and ERP, TMS, or other enterprise applications
• Led technical design discussions, recommended architecture improvements, and mentored engineers within enterprise development teams
• Troubleshot complex production issues and delivered enhancements within Manhattan WMOS environments
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Preferred Skills:

• Implemented or supported Manhattan Active
• Hands-on development, configuration, or integration experience with other enterprise WMS platforms (e.g., SAP EWM, Blue Yonder/JDA, Oracle WMS, HighJump)
• Experience building or supporting integrations across the broader supply chain and distribution tech stack (TMS, ERP, EDI, warehouse automation systems)
• Retail, manufacturing, or logistics industry experience, * How many years of programming/ development do you have with Manhattan WMS?
