Job description
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Services Administrator with deep expertise in SharePoint Online, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MEMCM/SCCM), Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft 365 to support enterprise modernization initiatives within a large-scale IT environment.
This is not an entry-level IT support role. We are looking for a Tier 3 Systems Engineer/Administrator who has successfully managed enterprise Microsoft infrastructure, SharePoint migrations, endpoint management, software deployments, and automation projects.
If you have extensive experience administering Microsoft enterprise technologies and enjoy solving complex technical challenges while leading modernization efforts, we’d love to speak with you., As the Senior IT Administrator, you will:
- Lead SharePoint migration projects from SharePoint On-Premises to SharePoint Online (SPO)
- Design, configure, and administer enterprise Microsoft infrastructure
- Manage and support MEMCM (SCCM), Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, and Citrix VDI
- Package, deploy, and maintain enterprise software and operating system deployments
- Configure security patches, compliance settings, software updates, and endpoint policies
- Manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions
- Support Software Asset Management (SAM) and IT Asset Management processes
- Monitor deployment success, troubleshoot failures, and improve deployment strategies
- Provide Tier 3 technical support while mentoring Tier 2 support teams
- Participate in CAB (Change Advisory Board) meetings and manage production changes
- Create technical documentation, deployment procedures, and best practices
- Develop automation and process improvements to increase operational efficiency
- Create reports and dashboards using enterprise reporting tools
- Work closely with infrastructure, cybersecurity, application, and business teams

Work Environment
- Primarily office-based environment
- Occasional travel for meetings or project support may be required
- Standard business hours with occasional after-hours support during deployments or maintenance windows
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related discipline
OR
Equivalent combination of education and enterprise-level IT experience.
Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 7+ years of enterprise Microsoft Systems Administration experience
- Has led SharePoint Online migration projects
- Has extensive experience administering SCCM/MEMCM and Microsoft Intune
- Can independently troubleshoot complex enterprise infrastructure issues
- Has experience supporting thousands of enterprise endpoints
- Understands software lifecycle management and endpoint security
- Can mentor junior engineers and serve as a technical subject matter expert
- Communicates effectively with technical teams, leadership, and business stakeholders
