Backend Developer

• Technical Quality: Conduct rigorous code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce clean coding practices across the codebase.
• Performance Tuning: Don’t let bottlenecks linger. Proactively monitor, debug, and optimize database queries and server efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Support: Present technical ideas to stakeholders and translate business needs into scalable technical specifications.

• Experience: 4+ years in Backend Software Engineering with demonstrated hands-on experience building scalable web applications or APIs.
• Track Record: A strong track record of shipping clean code and maintainable backend architecture into production.
• Tooling: Proficiency in modern backend languages (Python, Node.js, Java, or C#), SQL/NoSQL databases, and Git version control.
• Communication: Clear verbal and written English communication skills to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
• Mindset: Pragmatic and systematic. You know how to balance long-term system maintainability with short-term feature delivery.
