Automotive IT Specialist (Full Time)

Position Overview: Ensuring our clients have seamless and efficient access to our solutions and software. There will be many new software platforms to learn - training will be provided for these., * Engaging with clients to understand and resolve their technical issues, providing expert support to help them navigate and overcome challenges efficiently.

• Providing remote technical support to diagnose and resolve issues swiftly, ensuring minimal disruption to the clients’ operations.
• Implementing and managing automation solutions to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Delivery of cloud-stored data to enhance accessibility and efficiency for clients.
• Collaborating with the team to develop and maintain documentation for processes and procedures.
• Continuously monitoring and evaluating support processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Participating in training and development opportunities to stay current with industry trends and technologies.
• Contributing to the overall growth and success of the company by taking on additional responsibilities as needed.

We are seeking a dedicated Technician to join our team. You will be pivotal in ensuring our clients receive top-notch support and innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support and excellent problem-solving skills. You will play a key role in helping our clients succeed while contributing to the growth and success of Garage Vitals., * Proven experience in technical support, (automation and PowerShell good to have)
