Test Automation Engineer

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for frontend and backend systems
• Use Playwright for frontend automation and Java/TypeScript for backend testing
• Integrate automated tests into CI pipelines using GitLab
• Support containerized testing environments using Docker
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to identify test coverage gaps and improve test reliability
• Contribute to performance testing efforts and help optimize system responsiveness
• Participate in sprint planning and provide input on test strategy and coverage

We are looking for a Test Automation Engineer to join our team and drive the design and execution of automated testing strategies across frontend and backend systems. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative, agile environment, bringing strong expertise across multiple technologies and automation best practices., * Proven experience in automated testing across frontend and backend systems

• Proficiency in Java or TypeScript
• Experience with Playwright or similar frontend testing tools
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, especially GitLab
• Working knowledge of Docker for test environment setup
• Capability to build reliable, maintainable test suites and integrate them into development workflows
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to have

• Experience with Python for scripting or test automation
• Exposure to performance testing tools and methodologies
• Understanding of agile delivery and DevOps practices
