Job description
We are looking for an experienced and organised Project Manager to join a growing delivery team on a fully remote basis. You will take ownership of cloud finance software implementation projects from kick-off through to go-live, working closely with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure every project is delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standard., * Lead end-to-end project delivery for cloud finance software implementations, from initial scoping and planning through to go-live and post-implementation review
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, setting clear milestones, managing timelines, and proactively identifying risks and dependencies
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, building strong relationships and ensuring an outstanding client experience
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional project teams including functional consultants, technical specialists, and third-party integrators
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and steering committee updates, producing clear and concise documentation including status reports and RAID logs
- Monitor project budgets and resource allocation, flagging scope changes and managing change control processes
- Champion best practices in project delivery, contributing to continuous improvement of the company’s project management methodology
- Collaborate with the wider business on pre-sales activities including scoping, estimation, and proposal development where required
Requirements
- Proven track record of successfully delivering software implementation or ERP projects, ideally within a consultancy or SaaS environment
- Strong project management skills with experience using structured methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, or similar)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, accessible language
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Comfortable working remotely and independently, with a proactive and self-motivated approach
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Monday.com, or equivalent
Desirable:
- Experience working with finance or accounting software implementations such as cloud-based ERP or financial management platforms
- Background in or exposure to the hospitality or professional services sector
- Formal project management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent)
- Experience managing third-party integrations and APIs as part of a wider technology project
Benefits & conditions
Pay: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
