IT Project Manager - MSP

Are you an experienced IT Project Manager looking for your next challenge within a fast-growing managed service provider (MSP)?

We’re looking for a driven and technically minded individual to oversee the successful delivery of IT projects, manage a team of project engineers and ensure exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

· Manage customer onboarding and technical projects from start to finish.

· Coordinate engineers, suppliers, clients and internal teams.

· Oversee project planning, delivery and quality assurance.

· Manage customer expectations and provide regular updates.

· Support, mentor and develop the project engineering team.

· Drive continuous improvement across processes and procedures.

· Experience working within an MSP or IT services environment.

· Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 technologies.

· Knowledge of networking, cyber security, backup and managed services.

· Excellent communication and organisational skills.

· Previous experience managing technical teams.
