Job description

Gather business requirements and convert them into IT requirements with clear acceptance criteria

  • Liaise with business owners and IT leaders within client organization on weekly monthly basis to ensure IT deliveries meet project goals vision and reflect true voice of customer
  • Analyze and document business requirements for business requests while using industry standard analysis techniques such as UML or data flow modeling workflow analysis functional decomposition analysis and business rule definition
  • Conceptualize the solution framework and prepare the business specification documents Set up review meetings for documents requiring approval
  • Knowledge transition to development team for the proposed requirement
  • Collaborate across business and technology functions to ensure comprehensive business solutions are implemented

Requirements

Exposure on working directly with business to discuss understand and document the requirements

  • Has exposure to Databricks or Azure cloud environment and can write SQL codes in the cloud environment
  • Insurance domain knowledge
  • Strong SQL skills Data Mapping experience
  • Good and clear communication skills as BSA will be working closely with business
  • Good analytical skills and work closely with Data Modelers to arrive at the Domain data model
  • Basic knowledge on writing syntaxes good to have good background of programming language
  • Scripting knowledge would be helpful

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:78,987 - 97,654

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
