Commerce and AI Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role you help clients design, build, and scale modern digital commerce ecosystems by embedding AI (including generative and agentic capabilities) to drive real-time personalisation and intelligent engagement. You work with cross-functional teams to translate commerce challenges into strategy, operating models, and technology roadmaps, while exploring emergent AI tooling and agentic platforms. You will shape client viewpoints and deliver hands-on sessions that accelerate transformation in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment. Pay / Benefits * Understand client challenges and capture needs to shape commercially grounded ecommerce solutions * Lead interviews, workshops, and co-creation sessions with stakeholders of varying seniority * Apply knowledge of commerce tech (platforms, search, merchandising, data systems) to inform platform-agnostic decisions * Contribute to shaping and delivering commerce transformation programs (as-is / to-be designs, roadmaps) * Lead delivery workstreams and produce high-quality deliverables * Adopt AI tooling (LLMs, AI-assisted development, agentic platforms) to speed up delivery * Hands-on exploration of new agentic platforms and AI tools to prototype client ideas * Contribute to client-ready assets and Accenture Song viewpoints in agentic commerce Tasks * ~4 years of professional experience in consulting with commerce exposure or in industry commerce * Strong understanding of ecommerce strategy and digital commerce landscape * Knowledge of commerce operations (trading, fulfilment, merchandising, tech-performance link) * Familiarity with major commerce tech landscape and platforms (e.g., Shopify, Commercetools, PIM, CMS) * Demonstrable interest in agentic commerce and AI through work, POCs, or strategic POV * Active day-to-day use of AI tooling (LLMs and agentic platforms) * Strong communication skills for presenting ideas to clients and senior stakeholders Key requirements * Up to 30 days of leave per year * 3 extra volunteering days per year * family-friendly and flexible work policies * pension plan with financial wellbeing support * private healthcare insurance * Mental Wellbeing support and Employee Assistance Programme
