Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the design and implementation of data foundations for the Real Estate and Workplace Services IT portfolio. You will build an AI-ready data landscape that supports both strategic portfolio planning and advanced analytics. You will collaborate with enterprise data architects and engineers to implement robust pipelines, governance, and automation for ML-friendly data ecosystems. Compensation / Benefits * Lead the design and implementation of data foundations for enterprise-scale data * Build and maintain modern data pipelines and cloud data lakehouses * Establish data governance with contracts and automated quality checks * Design, optimize, and audit SQL-based workflows in cloud data warehouses * Collaborate with data architects and application engineers across projects * Support AI/ML data requirements and ensure data quality and consistency * Drive adoption of scalable data architectures to support real-time streams and AI initiatives * Own delivery and maintenance of data assets for Real Estate and Workplace Services IT portfolio Tasks * Eight years of experience programming in Python or Java * Eight years of experience with SQL queries and database development * Eight years of experience designing and implementing modern data architectures for enterprise data * Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience Key requirements *
