Experteer Overview In this role you deploy and support FabGuard software for INFICON’s semiconductor customers, working from a home office. You collaborate with tool owners to decide which data to trace for effective fault detection and classification. You provide technical assistance, train customers onsite, and support installation and troubleshooting. You travel up to 30% to engage with clients and ensure successful deployments, contributing to product optimization and customer success. Compensation / Benefits * Deploy and support FabGuard software * Partner with tool owners to determine trace data including tool, sensor, and wafer logistics data * Provide technical assistance for internal and external customers * Provide written and oral feedback on applications work including process troubleshooting and advanced analysis * Provide onsite training on INFICON products and basic hardware troubleshooting * Provide installation support of software and hardware as needed Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, or related field * 3+ years semiconductor industry experience with strong knowledge of manufacturing and OEM equipment (lithography, PVD, CVD, Etch, CMP) * Experience in Fault Detection and Classification (FDC) is a plus * Experience in computer networking and factory automation is a plus * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Adaptable with ability to build relationships with internal teams and external clients * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities * Highly organized with proficient computer skills * Willingness to travel up to 30% Key requirements * profit-sharing bonus with target of 10% * 401K match up to 8% (vesting) * relocation package available * flexible work hours * health and wellness programs * major medical, dental, vision, vacation and sick time, tuition reimbursement
