Machine Cleaner Support

To safely and efficiently perform general and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems throughout the location., 1. Participate in the plant safety process

1. Lock Out/Tag equipment being worked on
2. Understand Mechanical systems.
3. Understand pneumatics and hydraulic systems
4. Use of hand and power tools safely
5. Maintain documents on various systems
6. Perform, document, and keep up with Preventive Maintenance on equipment.
7. Maintain and order spare parts as needed.

2. Ability to read and write and follow directions
3. Ability to comprehend written and verbal instructions
4. Ability to understand and use test equipment
5. Ability to lock out and tag out equipment
6. Ability to perform a PM on equipment and document properly.
7. Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely.
8. Ability to properly document maintenance performed.
9. Basic computing skills including opening files, closing files, manipulating windows.
10. Good communication skills

MACHINES, TOOLS, MATERIALS, AND EQUIPMENT:

Production Equipment, Hand and power tools, Shop equipment, Fork lift (as needed), Aerial Lift (as needed), Hoists, Ladders, Oils and Lubricants, Various materials, fire Extinguisher., Ability to stand while working on various pieces of equipment., Ability to reach over equipment and for tools being used.
