EV Charging technical support

We are seeking a dedicated EV Charging Technical Support Specialist to join our innovative team. In this role, you will provide expert technical assistance for electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation and optimal user experience. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting software and hardware issues, supporting network and system configurations, and delivering exceptional customer service to users and stakeholders, * Provide comprehensive technical support for EV charging stations, including hardware, software, and network components

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software applications, operating systems, and network connectivity
• Assist with the management of computer systems, including Windows, macOS, Linux, and server environments such as Microsoft Windows Server
• Provide desktop support for various devices including mobile devices and computer hardware
• Assist in maintaining IT infrastructure documentation and perform routine system updates
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing user inquiries promptly and professionally

Do you have experience in Windows?, * Proven experience in technical support roles with a focus on software troubleshooting and computer management

• Strong understanding of operating systems including Windows, macOS, Linux, and Microsoft Windows Server environments
