Software Tester

• Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
• Identify, log, and track defects using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Work closely with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners to ensure quality throughout the development life cycle.
• Support automated testing initiatives and identify opportunities to improve testing efficiency.
• Produce clear test documentation, reports, and test evidence.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices.

• Proven experience as a Software Tester, QA Engineer, or Test Analyst.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with test case design and test execution.
• Hands-on experience with defect management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery environments (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Active SC Clearance is essential.

Desirable

• ISTQB Certification.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks.
• Previous experience working on complex software delivery projects.
