This role presents an extraordinary succession pipeline: the current software development manager is scheduled to transition into an executive leadership position within two years. As such, StaffRight Associates is seeking an ambitious technical contributor eager to deliver immediate engineering impact while preparing to eventually lead a high-performing team of 12 software engineers.
What You’ll Do
- Architect, design, and deploy robust control software powering next-generation robotics, automated devices, and complex machinery.
- Champion clean coding standards and object-oriented design principles to accelerate product development cycles.
- Synthesize hardware-software integration strategies alongside cross-functional engineering teams to optimize equipment performance.
- Drive continuous technical innovation across advanced automated platforms within a collaborative, state-of-the-art environment.
- Prepare for future organizational leadership by mentoring peers and scaling department workflows over a two-year growth arc.
Requirements
- Bachelor’’’’’’'’s Degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely aligned technical discipline.
- Expertise in Java development, or advanced mastery of alternative 4GL languages such as Python, C++, or C#.
- Demonstrated background building control systems for Robotics, Automated Machinery, Equipment Automation, or Object-Oriented Systems.
- Deep familiarity with modern Software Engineering Methodologies and hardware-level software control paradigms.
- A collaborative mindset thrives in an energized, team-oriented culture with an exceptionally stable workforce.
Benefits & conditions
- Base Salary Range: $130,000 - $165,000 annually (commensurate with experience).
