Requirements
PhD preferred (Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Mathematics, Physics, or related field) Evidence of rigorous thinking through research, publications, or technically demanding projects Experience with model training, evaluation, and optimisation, including working with real-world datasets Familiarity with building or supporting ML pipelines, from experimentation through to deployment Understanding of performance trade-offs (e.g. speed vs accuracy vs robustness) Comfortable operating in a hands-on, high-ownership environment
