Senior Oracle DBA

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) to support a large enterprise environment in an operations-focused role. This individual will be responsible for maintaining the health, stability, and performance of critical Oracle database environments while partnering closely with application teams to troubleshoot issues and support business needs. The ideal candidate will be able to step in quickly with minimal ramp-up time and bring deep expertise in Oracle database administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support.

10+ years of Oracle Database Administration experience.

• Strong experience supporting Oracle 19c environments.

• Experience with Oracle RAC, Data Guard, and GoldenGate.

• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.

• Experience working directly with application teams and business stakeholders.

• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

• Experience with database monitoring, health checks, and operational best practices.

• Understanding of database backup, recovery, high availability, and disaster recovery concepts.
