Job description

Reporting to the Head of Product Delivery, you’ll play a key role in turning data into insight for our European business.

You’ll work closely with teams across Repairify, owning the Excel and Power BI reporting our teams rely on day to day, while using data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.

We’re looking for someone who goes beyond simply producing reports - someone curious about the story behind the numbers, someone who can ask the right questions, can challenge and advise stakeholders, and takes ownership from the initial question through to meaningful, actionable insight.

What You’ll be Doing

Finding the story in the data

  • Analyse large and complex datasets, sometimes combining data from multiple sources, to identify trends, patterns, risks and opportunities.
  • Turn business questions into clear, evidence-based analysis and recommendations.
  • Identify data-quality issues and work with the right teams to resolve them.

· Develop insightful analysis which can ideally be repeated, automated and self-served.

Building engaging reports

· Develop and maintain dashboards and reports used by management and business teams.

· Create clear and effective data visualisations using appropriate tools including Power BI.

· Automate recurring reporting processes to improve efficiency, accuracy and scalability.

· Present complex analysis in a concise and commercially meaningful way.

Working with the business

· Become a trusted data partner to stakeholders across Repairify.

· Manage reporting and analysis requests, clarifying requirements and prioritising effectively.

· Present complex findings in a clear and commercially meaningful way.

· Use data to challenge assumptions and help stakeholders make better decisions.

Improving our data

  • Work closely with our US Data Lake team, data engineers and technology teams to improve data quality, availability and accessibility.
  • Help develop robust analytical datasets and definitions.
  • Document methodologies, assumptions and data sources to ensure analysis is consistent and trusted.
  • Follow appropriate data governance, security and privacy standards.

Requirements

You’ll ideally have:

· Professional experience in a data analyst or reporting role - 3+ years.

· Strong experience analysing large and complex datasets.

· Advanced SQL, Power BI and Excel skills.

· Experience turning data into actionable commercial or operational insight.

· Experience working with senior stakeholders and presenting analytical findings.

  • The ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities independently.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· A curious and proactive approach - you’re interested in the “why”, not just the numbers.

It would be great if you also have:

· Previous experience within, or interest in, the automotive sector.

· Experience with Snowflake or a similar cloud data warehouse.

· Experience developing predictive models, customer segmentation or forecasting solutions.
