  • Work with the Finance Automations Product Manager to carry out periodic reviews of previously created automations, updating and/or archiving tools appropriately when they are no longer fit for purpose.

Centralised Process Automations (Including Robotic and AI-Agentic Automations)

  • Where automations are complex and/or time-sensitive enough that they must be operated by the Automations team, ensure the timely and consistent delivery of such.

  • Continue to drive “true” automation by converting manually triggered automation tools into robotically automated processes and/or data pipelines.

  • Work with the IT Data Department to convert existing automations for data transfer into proper data pipelines, making data tables available through the Data Lake.

  • Create and maintain live reports for key metrics using Power BI, to replace Excel-based reports currently being produced both within the team and by managers across Finance

Requirements

  • Experience in office process analysis
  • Expertise with MS Office automation tools (EG: VBA and/or Power Automate)

  • Experience with Robotic, Agentic and AI-powered process automation (EG: Power Automate)
