Job description

Experteer Overview In this TPMO role, you drive end-to-end programs for NetApp’s cloud storage initiatives spanning Azure, Google Cloud, and AWS. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver SaaS cloud storage solutions, steering programs from concept to market launch. You’ll communicate progress to senior leadership, manage risks, and ensure alignment with CSS TPMO standards across geographies. This is a chance to shape scalable cloud products at a market-leading data infrastructure company. Compensation / Benefits * Own end-to-end program management and delivery across multiple geographies including milestones, critical path, and release integration * Drive cross-functional alignment, navigate ambiguity, and keep teams focused on shared goals and measurable outcomes * Understand and articulate program resource needs and facilitate prioritization with Engineering, release management, and product leadership * Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and influence decisions with a credible point of view * Partner with senior engineers to decompose initiatives into milestones with acceptance criteria and release gates * Identify risks early, propose options, and escalate with cost-of-delay analysis * Deliver concise executive briefings on deployment progress, results, and program health to leadership * Represent the program in CSS portfolio reviews and leadership forums * Improve program traceability and automate TPM workflows in line with CSS TPMO standards Tasks * 10+ years of experience delivering releases for multiple products or services in technology programs * Experience leading multi-team platform/infrastructure programs in cloud, storage, distributed systems, or SaaS * Strong understanding of interdependencies and resource prioritization * Ability to review architecture, design specs, release plans, and dependency graphs * Proficiency in Agile-at-scale, release train mechanics, GA readiness, and critical path management * Ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority in a matrixed organization * Results-oriented with strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills * Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office * Storage industry experience, PMP certification, and Agile experience preferred * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering Key requirements * comprehensive benefits package * Health Insurance * Life Insurance * Retirement or Pension Plans * Paid Time Off * Performance-Based Incentives
