Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Content Analyst to join our Consumer Experience team. This exciting role plays a critical part in ensuring our product information and digital assets are accurately and consistently represented across major retail websites. As the link between internal teams and retail partners, you’ll help optimize the digital shelf for some of the world’s most recognized consumer brands. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with data, and making a direct impact on online sales performance and brand visibility.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the accurate and timely syndication of product content across key retailer websites
  • Manage product descriptions, images, videos, and digital assets using Product Information Management (PIM) platforms such as Syndigo and Salsify
  • Recommend improvements that drive a stronger consumer experience and higher conversion rates
  • Investigate and resolve content-related problems such as missing images, incorrect product details, or formatting discrepancies
  • Work closely with Consumer Experience Analysts, agency partners, and Brand Marketing teams
  • Coordinate content updates and adaptations based on retailer-specific requirements
  • Utilize Excel, Power BI, and other reporting tools to analyze syndication performance
  • Edit and adapt existing content for retailer platforms
  • Create basic product copy and content updates when needed
  • Stay current with ecommerce trends and retail platform updates

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 0-3 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, content management, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, VLOOKUPs, and Pivot Tables
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently
  • Self-starter mindset with strong initiative and problem-solving capabilities
  • Comfortable learning new systems and technologies quickly, * Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Analytical mindset with strong technical aptitude
  • Resourceful problem solver who takes initiative
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative team player with strong communication skills
