Job description
We are seeking a Salesforce Application Developer to design, build, integrate, and modernize Salesforce and related applications. This hands-on builder role will accelerate technology execution, reduce consulting dependencies, and create the digital infrastructure required for enterprise-level programmatic work., * Translate business priorities into scalable, maintainable Salesforce and application solutions.
- Design and develop using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flow and other Salesforce capabilities.
- Build technical capabilities for enterprise account and multi-site program management.
- Support redesign of opportunity, estimating, production and portfolio structures.
- Connect systems and automate high-friction work across the operating environment.
- Develop and maintain secure APIs, integrations, and middleware connections.
- Manage data exchanges among Salesforce, Certinia and other business applications.
- Own unit testing, code quality, and peer review practices.
- Ensure deployment readiness, rollback planning, and post-release validation.
- Deliver development quickly without sacrificing quality or platform stability.
- Maintain current technical documentation covering architecture and design decisions.
- Improve long-term maintainability and execution speed of technology environment.
- Reduce technical debt on a quarterly basis.
- Work independently with meaningful accountability while collaborating with stakeholders.
- Participate in development planning and prioritization aligned to strategic initiatives.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of professional application development experience with significant Salesforce expertise in complex production environments. You will combine technical depth with business orientation, translating ambiguous requirements into scalable solutions with minimal supervision. Salesforce Platform Developer certification is strongly preferred., * Minimum 5-7 years of professional application development experience.
- Significant hands-on Salesforce development in complex production environments.
- Strong Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Flow expertise.
- Salesforce Platform Developer certification strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with APIs, integrations, authentication, and middleware.
- Experience with event-driven patterns and data movement between applications.
- Track record translating business needs into production-ready solutions.
- Experience working with Salesforce administrators, business stakeholders, and external partners.
- Strong analytical rigor and problem-solving capability.
- Comfortable with iterative development and changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong standards for testing, security, and documentation.
- Independent and solution-oriented mindset.
