Job description

  • Manage and maintain multiple data systems supporting Rural Health Transformation Program - initiative 9 Northwest activities.
  • Develop and oversee data collection, validation, cleaning, and quality assurance processes across participating organizations.
  • Coordinate acquisition and integration of data from healthcare systems, community organizations, public health agencies, state partners, and program vendors.
  • Establish and maintain data dictionaries, metadata standards, data governance procedures, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, data use agreements, Institutional Review Board requirements (when applicable), and state/federal reporting requirements.
  • Develop procedures to ensure timely, accurate, and secure data exchange among partner organizations.
  • Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies with participating organizations.
  • Develop reporting systems that monitor project milestones, implementation progress, quality metrics, healthcare utilization outcomes, workforce measures, and population health indicators.
  • Design automated dashboards and data visualizations for program leadership, partner organizations, stakeholders, and funders.
  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports.
  • Track key performance indicators required by state funding agencies and program leadership.
  • Support continuous quality improvement efforts through routine performance monitoring.
  • Conduct analysis that examines implementation effectiveness, program reach, service utilization, health outcomes, and return on investment.
  • Support evaluation activities utilizing quantitative and mixed methods approaches.
  • Produce summary reports, infographics, and presentations for internal and external audiences.
  • Assist leadership with strategic planning through data-informed recommendations.
  • Provide technical assistance to healthcare and community partners regarding data collection procedures and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with implementation teams, practice facilitators, evaluators, healthcare leaders, and community stakeholders.
  • Train staff and partner organizations on reporting systems, dashboards, and data collection platforms., This position has been designated as eligible for remote work based on the current position/job functions. The role requires regular travel in support of program activities and responsibilities. Travel may occur within the employee’s assigned region and throughout the State of Florida, as needed. The frequency and location of travel may vary based on programmatic and operational needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and two years of experience in a related field; or a high school diploma/equivalent and experience equal to six years. (Note: post-high school education can substitute for experience at the equivalent rate.)
  • Reliable transportation, and a valid Florida or Georgia Driver’s License or the ability to obtain prior to hire., This position requires successful completion of a criminal history background check.
