Job description

This is why right from the beginning; our analysts and solution-builders work closely with our clients to ensure that the project outcomes continue to deliver value long into the future., * Architect and implement ServiceNow security controls, including RBAC, ACLs, Data Policies, and Edge Encryption, aligned with DoD Zero Trust and IL4/IL5 data segregation. Create and maintain detailed security schemas and RBAC matrices.

  • Coordinate with the Government IT Program Manager and Authorizing Official. Develop/update the SSP and RMF artifacts, map configurations to NIST and DoD controls, support ATO maintenance, manage POA&Ms, conduct continuous monitoring, review vulnerability/penetration testing, and produce Security Assessment Reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Active qualification aligning with DoDM 8140.03 DCWF Work Roles and Proficiency Levels, including applicable Foundational and Residential qualifications appropriate for Security Architecture and Engineering (e.g., Security Architect, DCWF 651)., * ServiceNow security/GRC/IRM/SecOps certifications or other advanced cybersecurity credentials are advantageous., * Resume, maximum 3 pages. By-name resume preferred. Security Verification Letter required for by-name candidate. Applicable DoDM 8140.03/DCWF qualification and certification documentation must be maintained and provided upon request., * Minimum 5 years of practical experience. Demonstrated expertise applying NIST SP 800-53, NIST SP 800-161/SCRM, and the DoW/DoD RMF to achieve an ATO. Demonstrated experience securing ServiceNow in FedRAMP High and DoD IL4/IL5 environments, including ACLs, Client Scripts, Data Policies, and E-ICAM/CAC authentication integration., * Experience using ServiceNow GRC/IRM or Security Operations (SecOps) modules is highly preferred. Experience with Zero Trust, CUI protection, SSPs, POA&Ms, continuous monitoring, vulnerability scans, and SARs.
