Job description

UST España & Latam is seeking an OutSystems Tech Lead to steer enterprise-grade applications using OutSystems 11 and ODC. You will mentor teams, enforce standards, and guide architectural decisions across the delivery cycle.

Requirements

Strong hands-on expertise and an architectural vision are required, with leadership of 5+ developers and solid experience in Agile/Scrum environments. This role supports flexible work arrangements in a global organization.
