Job description

The ROSS ERP Consultant will be responsible for support, maintenance and customization of APTEAN ROSS ERP for all locations of CFP company wide. The company is starting a migration to MS Dynamics 365 and need a small team of APTEAN ROSS ERP Developer Analysts that can analyze the backend code and data structures, troubleshoot, break-fix, and customize the application as needed.

The company has a UNIX Solaris environment with an Oracle 11G database. The consultant will also assist the migration team in moving the data into Micrsosoft Dynamics 365. Experience with data migration and data mapping, writing business requirements and a thorough comprehension of Process Manufacturing is required.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of current APTEAN ROSS ERP experience
  • Functional knowledge of the following modules: Finance (AP, AR, GL, FA), Sales Order, Purchasing, Process Manufacturing
  • Experience with ROSS ERP v5.7 or later
  • Ability to provide functional tasks like writing business specs and requirements, understanding business processes, testing/UAT
  • Development experience with Gembase and/or DML
  • Technical skills in ROSS ERP such as development, customization, troubleshooting, support
