Software Project Manager

• Lead planning and execution of software development and integration programs
• Manage schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables
• Develop plans covering software development, verification/validation, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements
• Drive collaboration across engineering, quality, regulatory, and business teams
• Ensure compliance with software lifecycle, risk management, validation, and cybersecurity standards
• Provide program status updates, risk assessments, and leadership reporting
• Support design reviews, phase-gate reviews, and regulatory submissions
• Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned initiatives

This role will lead cross-functional teams across R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Cybersecurity, Clinical, IT, and Operations to deliver compliant, high-quality software solutions in a regulated environment., * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

• 10+ years of software project management experience in medical devices or other regulated industries
• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience with C# and WPF
• Experience leading software development and integration projects
• Experience with cloud-connected devices
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and regulated quality systems
• Proven ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders, * Medical device software experience
• BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) and RF emitter experience
• Cybersecurity and cloud-connected device expertise
• FDA, EU MDR, and regulatory compliance knowledge
• PMP, Agile, SAFe, or related certifications
• Master’s degree preferred
