- Lead planning and execution of software development and integration programs
- Manage schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables
- Develop plans covering software development, verification/validation, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements
- Drive collaboration across engineering, quality, regulatory, and business teams
- Ensure compliance with software lifecycle, risk management, validation, and cybersecurity standards
- Provide program status updates, risk assessments, and leadership reporting
- Support design reviews, phase-gate reviews, and regulatory submissions
- Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned initiatives

Software Project Lead, Technical Project Manager, Software Program Manager, Engineering Program Manager, Medical Device Software Manager, or Software Development Lead with experience in regulated product development.

Requirements
seeking an experienced Software Project Lead to manage and drive software development and integration projects for connected medical devices. This role will lead cross-functional teams across R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Cybersecurity, Clinical, IT, and Operations to deliver compliant, high-quality software solutions in a regulated environment., * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 10+ years of software project management experience in medical devices or other regulated industries
- 5+ years of hands-on software development experience with C# and WPF
- Experience leading software development and integration projects
- Experience with cloud-connected devices
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and regulated quality systems
- Proven ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders, * Medical device software experience
- BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) and RF emitter experience
- Cybersecurity and cloud-connected device expertise
- FDA, EU MDR, and regulatory compliance knowledge
- PMP, Agile, SAFe, or related certifications
- Master’s degree preferred
