Software/Development Team Manager

GL Solutions, a dynamic and innovative company, is looking for a talented individual to join us as a Developer/Team manager., * Manage a team of 4 to 5 SQL developers

• Develop and execute daily, weekly and monthly plans
• Develop staff skillsets
• Ensure effective workflow management and staff workload distribution.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders.
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve set goals and objectives.

• Experience with writing T-SQL

$96,000-$117,000 annually (base salary plus performance incentive)

• Base salary is $75,000 per year. Managers participate in a monthly incentive program tied to measurable departmental outcomes. High performers have the opportunity to earn additional compensation through the incentive program.
