Job description

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Application Developer with expertise in Java and Python to design, develop, and support modern enterprise applications. This role will be responsible for delivering end-to-end solutions across both front-end and back-end technologies, developing scalable APIs, integrating enterprise systems, and supporting cloud-native application development., * Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack enterprise applications using Java and Python.

  • Build responsive web applications and user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
  • Design scalable microservices and cloud-native applications.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, UX designers, and product owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Develop integrations with enterprise applications, databases, and third-party services.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following software engineering best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and optimize system performance.
  • Support automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and production deployments.
  • Maintain technical documentation and participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional application development experience.
  • Strong hands-on development experience with Java.
  • Strong programming experience with Python.
  • Experience developing modern web applications and RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with object-oriented design principles and software design patterns.
  • Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with Git version control.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
  • Experience with Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
  • Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Experience developing microservices architectures.
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
  • Familiarity with event-driven architectures and messaging platforms such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.

Nice to Have

  • Experience modernizing legacy enterprise applications.
  • Experience with serverless computing and cloud-native architectures.
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
  • Experience implementing application security best practices, including OAuth2, JWT, and secure API development.
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or Splunk.
  • Experience working in regulated industries such as healthcare, financial services, or government.
