About the company
Ommo is the pioneer of permanent magnet-based 3D tracking technology, building a next-generation tracking platform based on magnetic sensing. Our technology enables ultra-precise, real-time 6DOF tracking for millimeter-scale wireless sensors, up to 1,000 times per second with accuracy down to 0.1mm, without line-of-sight constraints. We partner with medical device OEMs and advanced technology companies developing surgical navigation, robotics, simulation, spatial intelligence, and human-machine interface systems.
Research and testing are fundamental to how we develop our products. Our technology - and the automated test systems, calibration methods, evaluation processes, and acceptance criteria behind it - is entirely proprietary and critical to delivering world-class performance.
We’re looking for a multidisciplinary Hardware Test Engineer to help execute and improve the systems that validate our technology every day. You’ll perform R&D testing and investigations, analyze data, support production, and conduct failure analysis while also designing better fixtures, automating test processes, and improving documentation. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer who enjoys solving practical problems, building tools, and making complex systems more efficient.
