Requirements

We are seeking a skilled Java Backend Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services and distributed systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Microservices, Kafka/Flink, NoSQL databases, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, and cloud-native development.

Key Responsibilities: * Design and build scalable backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. * Develop real-time event-driven solutions using Kafka and/or Flink. * Build REST APIs and distributed systems with high availability and performance. * Work with Cassandra, MongoDB, or Redis for large-scale data storage. * Containerize and deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes. * Implement CI/CD, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.

Required Skills: * Java 11/17/21+, Core Java, Multithreading, JVM * Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs * Kafka or Flink, Event-Driven Architecture * Cassandra, MongoDB, or Redis * Docker, Kubernetes * AWS Cloud

Preferred: * Apache Spark, Terraform/CloudFormation, Jenkins/GitHub Actions

Qualifications: * Bachelor’s/Master’s degree * 9+ years of backend development experience * Experience with cloud-native distributed systems and Agile delivery.

Mandatory Skills: Fullstack Java Enterprise .

Experience: 5-8 Years .
