Requirements

Must have startup experience,

stable work history no job hoppers ,

no recent Big Tech, consulting, or traditional finance.

  • Must have recent high-growth startup experience (no recent Big Tech).
  • Strong Software Engineering (SWE) background.

  • Hands-on experience with:
  • AWS
  • Kubernetes
  • Helm
  • Terraform
  • Terragrunt
  • PostgreSQL
  • Redis
  • Kafka
  • Experience automating:
  • Infrastructure provisioning (single-tenant)
  • Deployment pipelines for applications or ML models., * Experience in regulated industries (especially HealthTech/HIPAA).
  • Open-source contributions.
  • LinkedIn recommendations from colleagues/managers.
