Job description

We are looking for an analytical, detail-driven Data Analyst to turn complex datasets into actionable business insights. In this role, you will analyze operational and transactional data, build automated reporting pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decision-making., * Collect, clean, and validate structured and unstructured data from internal databases, CRM platforms, and payment/operational logs.

  • Build, maintain, and automate interactive dashboards and KPI reports using modern BI tools.
  • Identify transaction patterns, anomalies, and operational performance trends to support management reporting.
  • Write optimized SQL queries to extract data and streamline recurring reporting workflows.
  • Partner with department leads to translate business requirements into technical analysis and clear visual summaries.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or operational reporting.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex formulas, Power Query).
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio).
  • Solid foundation in data cleansing, statistical concepts, and data validation techniques.
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical problem-solving and documentation skills.
  • Nice to have: Basic scripting experience with Python (Pandas) or R for automated data extraction.
