Forward Deployed Engineer

We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to help customers successfully deploy and scale Wiliot solutions in real-world environments. This role combines solution engineering, technical deployment, and customer collaboration. You will work closely with customers, product teams, and engineering to design and implement solutions that integrate the Wiliot platform into customer operations. Responsibilites · Lead the technical deployment of Wiliot solutions with enterprise customers · Translate customer workflows into technical solution architectures · Design and implement end-to-end solutions using the Wiliot platform · Build integrations, scripts, or prototypes for customer environments · Troubleshoot deployment challenges and ensure reliable production implementations · Run technical workshops, onboarding sessions, and architecture discussions · Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate field needs into product improvements · Help customers expand and scale use cases across their operations
